Harinder oversees the day-to-day running of every site, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while making sure clients are kept in the loop at every stage. His hands-on approach to quality control is a big part of why we maintain a 100% completion rate.

Sandeep leads every project personally, working alongside architects, structural engineers and a handpicked network of trusted tradesmen to make sure each job is delivered to the BCL Standard, finished properly, on time, every time.

Birstall Construction Limited is a Leicester construction company built on reputation. Led by Sandeep Singh Parmar and Harinder Singh, we've spent 10+ years delivering new builds, extensions, loft conversions and groundworks, for homes and businesses across Leicester and the Midlands, finished to a high standard.

From planning permission to final handover, we manage the whole project ourselves, backed by trusted architects, engineers and tradesmen. It's why we're accredited by the AHCI and FMB, and why clients keep coming back.

Every project is designed to add a minimum of 20% value to the property, that's the standard we build to.
